These terms govern your use of the Local Advantage website and the website design, hosting, and marketing services we offer to Vermont home service businesses. By submitting a form or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Our services

We design, build, host, and maintain websites on the terms described on our site at the time of engagement. Any specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Your obligations

• You provide accurate business information and assets we request.
• You own the content and rights to anything you ask us to publish.
• You respond to review requests so we can keep the project on schedule.

Billing & cancellation

Recurring hosting and maintenance fees are billed monthly. You may cancel after the initial term described in your agreement; on cancellation after month 12, the site, domain, and content remain yours to export. Our satisfaction guarantee offers a full refund within the first 30 days as described on our site.

Limitation of liability

Our services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Local Advantage is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost leads. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

Intellectual property

Custom design and copy created for your site belong to you once fees are paid. We retain the right to display your site in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
